In another act of recognition for some of my frequent readers and commenters, I have chosen to feature Maria Angela’s website: “Nature’s Gift in Photo”. Her posts consist primarily of macro flower photography, sunsets/sunrises, and more recently, street photography. I began following Angela back when I was still interested in macro, but didn’t have a lens capable of close-focusing. Since then, she has been an inspiration to me with her tropical flower shots that I rarely–if ever–see when I’m walking around. Kentucky doesn’t have anything resembling a rainforest, so it makes sense. There are only so many ways to photograph a common lily. 🙂
Regardless, one set from her I particularly like is one she posted back in August of some tropical flowers after a rain. I have an affinity for raindrops on flowers, they seem to enhance the overall detail and give a completely different mood. She captured them nicely here: rain drops on my petals.
That’s all for this post guys and gals, have a great day!
Oh my, thank you very much…such an honor and I’m flattered to be recognized and appreciated with talented people like you..thank you again..
Welcome, I hope you keep up your adventures as a “photo addict” Angela. 🙂
definitely I will continue with this adventures/addiction, “photo addiction” if I may say.. 🙂
